Orders & Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability, confirmed pricing and delivery coverage. We try to keep product information and prices accurate; if an item is unavailable or an error is identified, we will contact you before dispatch.
Payment
Orders are paid by bank transfer. Please use the payment reference provided at checkout and complete the transfer before dispatch. We may contact you if payment confirmation is needed.
Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing depend on the delivery location and courier service. We will dispatch confirmed orders as soon as reasonably possible.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept a replacement or refund request only where an item is damaged in transit or the wrong item was delivered.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so that we can review the request.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement where stock is available, or issue an appropriate refund.
- Returns for change of mind, or items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery, are not accepted.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation can be accepted only before the order has been dispatched.
